So it’s Monday again and it’s fair to say, it’s already been another one of those days where a vat of coffee and many sugary treats are required to help get me through the day. Is it due to lack of sleep? Definitely not. Or is it just one of those days…again!

Well, apparently not. By the looks of things, it could be down to the fact that I fall in to the 59% of people who don’t make their bed in the morning. (It’s not that I’m lazy, just generally outside of work, my life is an organised mess!)

But what?
