By Pie Recruitment

Having been a previous vegetarian of 7 years (I’m not proud of myself converting back to a carnivore, but a week-long juice diet whilst constantly watching Man Vs Food is definitely not a recommendation) seeing this article has filled me with joy.

When I was a veggie, the options were always limited when it came to eating out.

FACT – Not all vegetarians like goats cheese & red onion tarts and mushroom risotto!

My sister has been a dedicated vegetarian/vegan for the last 22 years and when it comes to eating out as a family, we have to seriously do our research before heading anywhere, please note…she hates goats cheese!

Over the last few years, I’ve noticed that Vegetarians are finally being catered for. With vegetarian/vegan trade shows & vegetarian festivals popping up here, there and everywhere, it just goes to show that they're taking the market by storm! I have a lot of hope for the future of vegetarian options at restaurants.
