Demand for Customer Success professionals is at an all time high!
As companies compete in a tough hiring market it's only natural that salaries should increase and that is exactly what we have experienced over the last 12 months, with a noticeable ramp up from January 21.
The subject of correct compensation comes up with clients every day as they wrestle with budget, affordability, and being able to compete with market conditions and attract the right people.
Having an accurate source of salary data taken directly from the Customer Success community will provide so much value and that's why I'm super excited to see the results from the 2021 Compensation in CS survey.
