A lot of posts we read these days are all about how to best perform at interviews.  All about how to answer those killer questions, how to negotiate your salary, the best way to tell people what your weaknesses are and how to shout "pick me" to the best companies out there.

If you insult, manipulate, or otherwise intimidate them, they might decide they’d rather not work at your company. 4) Criticizing Your Product  5) Jerking Them Around During Salary Negotiations On a similar note, make sure your compensation packages are competitive. A Glassdoor survey showed that 57% of sales reps consider salary the first or second most important criteria of a new role.
